For those familiar with the very popular Dimplex DFI2309 Electric Fireplace Insert, you can think of the Dimplex DFI2310 Deluxe Electric Fireplace Insert as its “fancier brother.”
The fireplace insert has a brighter and larger and even more realistic flame. The cost is approximately 50% more than its little brother, but we (and our customers) think it is well worth the price difference.
The Dimplex DFI2310 Deluxe Electric Fireplace Insert has Dimplex’s patented flame technology for a beautifully realistic flame effect. It has a built-in fan-forced heater system which, combined with the deluxe electric fireplace insert’s 1500 watts of heating power, distributes heat quietly and evenly for up to 400 square-feet of living space.

The 23 inch electric fireplace insert heater fits most standard fireplaces, measuring 10-4/5 by 23-1/5 by 19-4/5-Inches and comes in a flat black finish.
The electric fireplace insert slides in and installs easily into an existing masonry or steel fireplace opening. Since it is powered by electricity, there’s no venting, gas hookup, or installation hassle to deal with. To finish the installation, the owner just adjusts the trim to fit and plugs the unit into a standard household outlet. There is nothing more to do than to watch the the beautiful LED logs and enjoy the fire!
The Dimplex DFI2310 Deluxe Electric Fireplace Insert has a built-in fan-forced heater which distributes heat evenly and quietly up to 400 square-Feet. The cost of running the electric fireplace insert is only about two cents per hour.
Like other Dimplex fireplace inserts, the DFI2310 has controls for full heat, half heat, or flame only operation. It includes a remote control which will turn the unit “on” or “off” from anywhere in the room. A user manual is also included.

“It looks amazingly like a real wood fire in our fireplace. It’s easy to install, as long as your fire box is big enough, and you have a nearby electrical outlet. This “deluxe” model DFI2310 differs from the standard model DFI2309 by having a larger, brighter, even more realistic flame, for a somewhat higher price. The heaters can be turned off completely, for when it’s warm, but you want that cozy fireplace ambiance.”
